The cruise terminal is located on the Sporgente Centrale Pier and houses a large space dedicated to passengers, equipped with services and a retail area, as well as modern security controls. On the outside, the Guest Information Center structure creates an information hub useful to find important information about the city and neighboring destinations.

The port is integrated with the surrounding city, a very short distance from its historic center.
