Catania Cruise Port

Catania Cruise Port, nestled at the foot of Mount Etna on Sicily's eastern coast, offers direct access to the city's rich history, baroque architecture, and lively Mediterranean atmosphere. Its strategic location makes it an ideal starting point to explore both Catania's vibrant city center and the island's natural wonders.
2

Etna Museum

The Etna Museum, extended over 1500 square meters, born from the collaboration between the Association "Friends of the Earth" and the local scientific institutions including the Etna Park, the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), the Civil Protection and the University of Catania. Everything you need to know about Etna is here: myths and history, scientific theories, nature and the typical produce of the largest volcano in Europe recently recognized by UNESCO.
3

Monte Etna

Etna is a Sicilian volcano, the highest terrestrial active volcano of the Eurasian plate. Its frequent eruptions throughout history have changed, sometimes even profoundly, the surrounding landscape, repeatedly threatening the populations that have settled around it over the millennia. On 21 June 2013, the XXXVII session of the UNESCO Committee included Mount Etna in the list of assets constituting the World Heritage Site.
4

Valle del Bove

The Valle del Bove is a large basin located on the eastern side of the Mount Etna, within the protected area of the Etna Park, in the territory of the municipality of Zafferana Etnea (CT).

Discovering Mount Etna, in a naturalistic itinerary that will take you to stroll among the moors of the highest active volcano in Europe, to discover its secrets in the dedicated Museum and to admire the landscapes created by its eruptions throughout history.
